How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $6.99, free on orders over $75, and Express shipping is $14. All rates are in USD and apply to orders shipped within the United States.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are handled in 1–2 business days and transit takes 4–8 business days after that. Orders placed before 12 PM on a business day enter handling the same day; later orders start the next business day.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return a pair. Shoes must be unworn and in their original packaging; the customer pays return shipping unless the error was ours, and there is no restocking fee. Full details are in the Refund Policy.
Can I exchange for a different size or colour?
Yes — within the same 30-day window. The fastest route is to return the original pair for a refund under the Refund Policy and place a new order for the pair you want, so the replacement is not held up by return transit.
