Refund policy

1. Return window

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, shoes must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original box with all packaging included.

2. How to start a return

Email support@mannysfootexpress.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply within 3 business days with the return address and instructions. Please do not send a return before receiving those instructions.

3. Return shipping

The customer pays return shipping, except when the error was ours. If we shipped the wrong item or a defective pair, we cover the return label and the replacement shipping.

4. Restocking fee

There is no restocking fee. The amount refunded is the price you paid for the returned item.

5. Refund processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Inspection happens within 3 business days of arrival; your bank or card issuer may take additional days to post the credit.

6. Exchanges

We handle exchanges as a return plus a new order. Return the original pair under this policy and place a new order for the size or colour you want — this gets the replacement to you fastest.
