Shipping policy

1. Where we ship

We ship to addresses within the United States. All prices and shipping rates are in USD.

2. Rates

Standard shipping is $6.99 per order. Orders over $75 ship free with the Standard service. Express shipping is $14 per order.

3. Processing time

Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 12 PM Pacific Time on a business day enter processing the same day; orders placed after the cutoff begin the next business day.

4. Transit time

Transit takes 4–8 business days with Standard shipping after processing. Express orders are prioritised at every step. A tracking number is emailed when your order ships.

5. Delays and issues

If a shipment is late, lost, or arrives damaged, email support@mannysfootexpress.com with your order number and we will resolve it — replacement or refund — after confirming with the carrier. Email is answered within 3 business days.
